You Wouldn't Believe This Is Vegan! Banana Milk Chocolate Cake Recipe
Hello, baking friends! I'm here with a vegan recipe today. I used to love making vegan desserts and posted recipes quite frequently on my UA-cam channel. Somehow, I lost interest and haven't made any for a while. The hard part was making them taste great without butter, cream, and eggs, which I really love for their taste and texture. However, this recipe I've made is just so good that I had to share it here. My family didn't know that it was vegan!!! 😚😚😚

Vegan banana cake
Bananas(very ripe mashed) 125g
Brown sugar 60g
Grape seed oil 40g (You can use any oil you want)
Vanilla extract 4g
All-purpose flour 95g
Baking soda 4g
Unsweetened plant milk 30g (I used unsweetened almond milk)
- Bake at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes. (If you use a convection oven it will take about 25minutes and if not, it will take about 30 minutes)
Vegan Milk chocolate cremeux
Vegan milk chocolate (Valrhona Amatika 46%) 100g
Corn starch 5g
Water 10g
Almond milk 90g
Vegan Chocolate Glaze
Vegan milk chocolate (Valrhona Amatika 46%) 120g
Toasted chopped peanuts 30g (You can use any nuts you want)
Grape seed Oil 25g (You can use any oil you want)

    쿠키가 먹고 싶은데 버터 자르긴 귀찮아서 찾아서 도전해봤어요! 박력분 없어서 밀가루(중력분)사용, 우유 없어서 어메이징 오트 언스위트 사용, 레몬 제스트 없어서 안 넣음, 카놀라유대신 해바라기유 사용, 라즈베리 대신 딸기잼 사용! 엄청 바삭한 건 아니지만 적당히 바삭하니 맛있어요!!! 설탕 조금 덜 넣고 밀가루, 두유, 오일을 조~금(2~15g) 더 넣었는데 적당한 달달함이라 좋았어요! 다만 딸기잼이 시골에서 수제로 만들어서 주신건데 잼을 좀 많이 올렸더니 잼이랑 먹으면 넘 다네요.. 이건 조절하시면 될 듯! 귀찮아서 반죽 나눌 때 걍 수제비 뜯듯 뜯어서 말았는데 크기가 커서 숟가락으로 누르기보다 엄지로 방향 2~3곳에서 꾹 눌러주는게 더 편했어요 그리고 갈라진 곳 도닥여서 모아주니 잼이 넘치긴 했으나 종이 호일에 떨어질 정도로 흐르진 않았어요~ 밀가루를 사용했더니 시중 쿠키에서는 느끼지 못 하는 텁텁함이 있긴 해요 그래도 조금 식감이 신기하네~하는 수준으로 먹을만 합니다! 한번 도전해보세요! 8개로 구웠고 이건 제가 다 먹을 예정입니다ㅎㅎ!! 맛있는 쿠키 레시피 알려주셔서 감사해요~!❤

    It is definitely not as difficult and expensive cake as it seems to be! It is possible to do it part by part each day, for example, one day I made the gellee, the next day I made the sponge, later I made the mousse and yesterday I finally finished the cake by making the glaze. I decided to do a little every day because I don't have much free time, but I definitely wanted to try this. Anyway, the cake is delicious and I will do it again! I already had most of ingredients at home and the expensive item to buy was just the syrup. Also, I could not find corn syrup so I had to replace it with agave syrup and it was fine. I also replaced vanilla beams with vanilla essence. Thank you for a great recipe!
